Find your light. Live it fully.
As someone who spent fifteen years in a corporate career that drained me, and two decades in a community that slowly taught me not to trust my own voice, I know what it is to lose your own light. Sometimes it slips away quietly, sometimes it leaves more dramatically, and before you know it, over years even, you stop recognizing the person in the mirror. You realize that you don't even know what makes you, you, anymore.
Finding my way back to my full self wasn't an accident. It was a process that changed my relationships, perspective, and life: illuminating what had been buried, integrating what I found, and becoming someone who I actually recognize, adore, and genuinely feel at peace with.
I'm here because I believe you can find the way back to your distinct and luminous self too. This is the work I now get to walk beside you through. This is the work that I truly love.
A Different Kind of Coaching
This is about remembering who you were before the world asked you to shrink.
Blending somatic coaching, breathwork, and mindfulness to create change that actually sticks, not just in your mind, but in your body and your daily life.
“My experience of coaching with Lia has been so beautiful. She held such a safe, loving space for me, where I never felt judged or rushed. I could truly be vulnerable with her.
What struck me most was her intuition - she really heard me, not just my words, but what was underneath. She helped me get to the root of things in a way that felt so gentle and kind. Coaching with her feels like talking to a friend, and somehow that made it easy for me to open up and have insights I’d never had before.
I came away feeling a real sense of ease and alignment, and that’s something I’m carrying forward in my life. She’s a beautiful coach, and I’d highly recommend her.”
I coach from a set of deep beliefs about what it means to be human and what real transformation actually requires.
Not hustle. Not willpower. Not performing a better version of yourself.
Something much quieter. And much more powerful.
"You are not lost. You are simply waiting to be remembered, by you."
Hi, I’m Lia.
Most of the people I coach are not falling apart on the outside. They are capable, they are showing up, they are doing "the right things." But somewhere along the way they lost something, their joy, their sense of purpose, the feeling of being truly alive in their own life. They cannot quite name it but they feel it every day.
I know this because I felt it too.
For years I kept showing up, kept doing the right things, kept telling myself it was fine. But I had slowly drifted so far from myself that I no longer knew what brought me joy, what I actually wanted, or even who I was beneath all the roles I was playing. I had lost the thread back to myself and I did not even know it was gone.
But I also know what it feels like when the lights finally come on.
Through coaching, I learned to stop, to get still, and to hear myself again. I worked through the patterns and beliefs that had been quietly running my life. And on the other side of that work, something came back that I had almost forgotten was possible. My joy. My voice. The feeling of being genuinely, fully alive.
The people around me saw it before I could even name it.
Now I walk alongside people who are ready for that same shift. Whether you are navigating a major transition, feeling disconnected from yourself or your relationships, or simply know that something needs to change, I help you find your way back to wholeness, to the clarity and presence that has always been there beneath the noise.
If you have a feeling there is more for you, I am here.
“I was a little skeptical at first prior to our first session in the sense that I couldn’t really change my mindset. By our fourth, I’m realizing the stories I’d been telling myself for years were the problem.
With the tools and expertise I’ve received from Lia, I’m now pursuing my goals with a new lease on life, and for the better! Thank you Coach Lia!!”
